Privacy policy

What data we process

• The scanned domain and the scan results: public technical signals of the website (robots.txt, sitemap, structured data, forms). Public reports do not show phone numbers or other contact details found on the site.
• Email address, only if you request the full report, together with the consent you gave and, optionally, your agreement to be contacted about fixes.
• Name, email, company and message, only if you request an evaluation from a report page. The Aivexia team receives this data together with the domain, the score, the site category and the top issues in the report, so that it can contact you with the right context.
• An identifier derived from the IP address (irreversible hash, with a secret key), used only to limit the number of new scans. We do not store the IP address itself.
• Administrator accounts (sign-in through Clerk), for the internal team only.

Purposes and legal basis

• Generating and displaying the report — the legitimate interest in providing the requested service.
• Sending the full report by email — your consent.
• Contacting you about fixes — only if you ticked the option; you can withdraw consent at any time.
• Replying to an evaluation request — your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. This request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
• Preventing abuse (scan limits) — legitimate interest.

Providers

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Convex (database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending emails), Clerk (administrator sign-in) and the infrastructure the scanner runs on. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

Public pages do not use advertising cookies. The sign-in component may set strictly necessary cookies, used for the administration area. If you accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for site usage statistics, which sets analytics cookies (e.g. _ga). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. Write to us at daniel@aivexia.ro. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
